Hinsdale · Women & Men · In Person & Telehealth
Low energy. Low libido.
I don't feel like myself.
Fatigue, poor sleep, stubborn weight, low mood, and fading endurance rarely show up on their own — they're usually symptoms of the same underlying shift in hormones. Restoration Healthcare identifies what's actually driving how you feel, then builds a tailored plan around you: in person in Hinsdale, or via telehealth anywhere in Illinois, with Sarah Murphy, NP.

- Hormone care for women and men
- In person or by telehealth
- On-site or outside labs, your choice
- A plan that adjusts as you go
- Fees you can see before you book
The problem
"My labs came back normal. Now what?"
Normal and optimal are not the same thing — and a standard 15-minute appointment with your PCP rarely leaves time to tell the difference.
I frequently see perimenopause symptoms as early as age 37 in patients whose standard lab work looks entirely unremarkable on paper. You shouldn't have to wait until reaching the "average age" of menopause to have your symptoms taken seriously. The same applies to men: testosterone levels can register as "normal" while leaving every symptom of low T fully intact.
At Restoration Healthcare, I treat you — not just your bloodwork.

Your guide
"Too many people spend years accepting 'just okay' as their normal, constantly putting their own needs last. My mission is to help you reclaim your health and restore your vitality long before you ever reach your breaking point."
— Sarah Murphy, MSN, FNP-BC
With a decade of clinical experience in the ICU followed by years dedicated to specialized hormone and testosterone therapy for men and women across Chicagoland, Sarah brings deep expertise and a personalized approach to care. She walks through your results line by line, designs a customized plan alongside you, and continues refining it until it works. Practical, non-judgmental, and accessible.

Why Restoration
Care built to catch you earlier.
A decade spent caring for critically ill patients in Chicagoland ICUs showed me, up close, what happens when chronic conditions are allowed to take hold. That experience drove my shift toward preventive medicine and root-cause care — reaching people much earlier, before health issues compound, to support vitality and long-term wellness.
Early in my practice, I repeatedly heard the same frustration: "The weight won't move," "I'm doing everything right and getting nowhere," or "Nothing about my lifestyle has changed, but the scale keeps climbing."
Looking past surface symptoms to the systems underneath, I consistently identified the missing link: unaddressed perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal shifts. Hormone replacement therapy was often the key — not a temporary fix, but a vital medical tool for restoring metabolic balance and overall health. That persistent gap in traditional care is why I founded Restoration Healthcare and Aesthetics. We are dedicated to treating the whole person inside and out through individualized, evidence-based care, giving you the dedicated support you need to feel like yourself again.
